Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) is proud to announce the opening of its Women’s Walk-In Clinic at the start of 2024. The clinic will support more urgent women’s health issues that might otherwise require a trip to the emergency department.

Walk-in services, specifically dedicated to the unique care of women, is a first in Jamestown.

“Women can have urgent issues that they suffer through when they can’t readily access care,” said OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner Makenzie Breitbach. “We want to eliminate the wait time for concerns that we can address immediately.”

The JRMC Women’s Walk-In Clinic offers diagnosis and treatment for conditions such as urinary tract infections, abnormal vaginal discharge, abnormal menstrual periods, sudden onset uterine pain, sexually transmitted infection testing and breast pain. The clinic also provides IUD checks and contraceptive counseling.
