Please be aware that each time you receive services from Jamestown Regional Medical Center or Jamestown Regional Medical Center Clinic, a separate account is created. It is possible to have several accounts open at the same time. Once an account reaches a zero balance, it will no longer appear on your statement.
Balances not paid by insurance are due within 15 days of the statement date. You are ultimately responsible for all balances due on your account. Your claim may or may not be paid in a timely manner. We cannot wait for resolution of a legal matter or pending lawsuit for payment. You must contact a Patient Accounts Coordinator to make payment arrangements. Short-term interest free loans (6-18 months) are available upon request. Payment terms will change with each additional account added to loan.
Jamestown Regional Medical Center is committed to providing medical care to patients who are unable to pay for the services they receive. Our Community Care Program is designed to help these individuals. JRMC provides financial relief based on a patients income, assets and needs. If you are unable to pay the bill you receive from Jamestown Regional Medical Center, you may be eligible for free or discounted services.
