Stronger Together

JRMC believes it is vital to have a strong community bond. We align our values with those of the community to ensure we are the healthiest community to live, learn, work and play.

JRMC partners with others in the community to develop, sustain, communicate and do more to enhance the communities where employees, providers, friends and families live and work.

Community Health Needs Assessment

As a non-profit hospital, JRMC participates in a community health needs assessment every three years. The findings of the assessment are useful in determining health and healthcare demands. JRMC works collaboratively to develop a Community Health Improvement Plan. Pooling resources, sharing priorities and coordinating actions all work to maximize the plan’s impact.

  • Depression & Anxiety in Youth
  • Availability of Mental Health Services
  • Not Enough Jobs with Livable Wages

Community Care

We are committed to treating patients who have financial needs with the same dignity and consideration that is extended to all patients. JRMC considers each individual’s ability to pay for medical care and extends Community Care or Partial Community Care to eligible patients, unable to pay for their care.

Loyal & Involved

JRMC is proud to serve our rural area. In addition to improving the health of the community’s people, we also invest in the health of the overall community. To do that, JRMC participates in community events and service organizations. We also offer free, educational opportunities — called a JRMC-U — to help people understand their bodies and how to care for them.
