Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) held its annual employee celebration event on January 16, a masquerade-themed evening called the Golden Gala. The event honors employees for their dedication during the year, including recipients of several peer-nominated awards and team members achieving service milestones.
“The annual gala serves as a powerful reminder of the dedication of this team,” said Haiden Robbins, chair of JRMC’s Reward and Recognition Committee. “Celebrating our years of service honorees and recognizing those who make our facility thrive is one small way we can express our sincere gratitude.”

JRMC’s monthly peer recognition award, known as the Leaf Award, allows any employee to nominate colleagues who demonstrate the medical center’s values: Attitude, Communication, Compassion, Ownership, Respect and Teamwork. In 2025, JRMC team members exchanged more than 1,500 handwritten and virtual leaves.
Team members who have gone above and beyond in their roles may be nominated by coworkers to receive a Legend Award, JRMC’s highest employee distinction. These employees are recognized for embodying the medical center’s mission to exceed expectations and be the difference in the lives of those they serve. Recipients are selected by employee vote. In 2025, JRMC employees selected Nikki Mack, Quality; Cindy Kutz, Surgical Services; Mason Ankenbauer, Athletic Training; Kirk Holdburg, Plant Operations; Krista Ames, Fiscal Services; and Paige Wilen, Emergency.
