Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) is proud to announce its Advanced Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center has received two prestigious recognitions by Healogics®, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services: the Center of Distinction award and the Robert A. Warriner III, Clinical Excellence award.
The center earned these recognitions by achieving outstanding clinical outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including a patient satisfaction rate greater than or equal to 92%, along with ranking in the top 10% of eligible Healogics® Wound Care Centers® on the Clinical Excellence measure.
“As the only advanced wound healing center in North Dakota, we are committed to bringing specialized, high-quality care to our community,” said JRMC Specialty Clinic Director Mercede Fiebiger. “Our team’s training and our collaboration with Healogics help ensure patients receive the best possible outcomes. This recognition reinforces the trust our patients place in us every day.”
The JRMC Advanced Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center is part of the Healogics® network, which supports nearly 600 outpatient wound centers nationwide. Through this partnership, the center is managed by Healogics and provides highly specialized, evidence-based wound care to those with diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, infections and other chronic wounds.
JRMC’s wound experts deliver treatments using cutting-edge techniques, including excisional, surgical debridement and bio-engineered skin substitutes. The center also offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, an advanced treatment that can help accelerate healing in select chronic wounds by increasing oxygen delivery to affected tissue.
