When Jamestown Regional Medical Center built its new location in the southwest corner of town, it dreamed of the day it could eliminate miles on the journey to recovery. That dream came true in 2019, when it opened the JRMC Cancer Center in partnership with Sanford Heath.

Today, the JRMC Cancer Center offers more than 200 infusions per month to people from more than 40 communities. In three years, the JRMC Cancer Center saved nearly 500,000 miles of travel. As we consider the enormity of that number, we think of the people they represent — the dozens of individuals who’ve rang the JRMC Cancer Center bell and those who never got that chance.

The JRMC Cancer Center makes THE difference for those journeys, no matter the outcome.

It eliminates the miles and the seconds that matter most. Miles matter because miles are expensive. Miles make a sick person feel sicker. Miles mean lost work, missed soccer games and empty seats at church.

Because of generous gifts, the JRMC Cancer Center is a reality. To sustain it, we humbly ask for community support.

Help individuals on their journey and see how you can reduce miles of travel for the residents of this region.
