“I am deeply honored to receive this recognition from the North Dakota Hospital Association,” said Jungels. “The nursing team at JRMC is second to none. I am privileged to work alongside them in providing compassionate care to our community.”
The DAISY Nurse Leader Award is an extension of the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses, which was established in 1999 to honor the compassionate care provided by nurses. DAISY Nurse Leaders are role models who inspire and motivate their nursing teams. Nominees are evaluated based on their leadership qualities, ability to motivate staff and commitment to patient-centered care.
Jungels’ leadership ensures JRMC remains at the forefront of compassionate care. With her continued guidance, JRMC looks forward to achieving even greater heights in patient satisfaction and nursing excellence.
