The JRMC Auxiliary will host a Soup and BINGO Luncheon on Thursday, Nov. 14, at St. James Basilica Church, inviting the Jamestown community to join in an afternoon of food, games and giving. For a $10 admission, attendees can enjoy a variety of homemade soups, sandwiches and desserts prepared by JRMC Auxiliary volunteers.
The event begins at 11:30 a.m., with lunch service followed by BINGO at 12:45 p.m. BINGO cards may be purchased for $1 each. Participants will have a chance to win prizes donated by local businesses and community members.
Proceeds from the event will support the JRMC Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing healthcare services and resources for patients across the region. Funds raised will help the foundation support JRMC’s mission to improve the quality of life for patients, from specialized medical equipment to community health programs and patient assistance.
“The Soup and BINGO Luncheon brings together our community in a fun and meaningful way,” said Kay Hust, president of the JRMC Auxiliary. “With each ticket and BINGO card, our guests help us fund vital healthcare services through the JRMC Foundation, making a lasting impact on the lives of patients.”
The JRMC Auxiliary has a longstanding tradition of supporting JRMC’s goals through volunteer work, fundraising and community engagement. The Soup and BINGO Luncheon is a new event, offering community members a way to support local healthcare.
