Mike Delfs, president and CEO of Jamestown Regional Medical Center, was recently named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s “CEOs to Know” list for the fourth time during his tenure.
“It is an honor to be recognized among such an esteemed group of healthcare leaders,” said Delfs. “The success of JRMC is a testament to the dedication and teamwork of our physicians, staff and board. Together, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and service to the communities we serve.”
Under Mr. Delfs’ leadership as President and Chief Executive Officer, JRMC has received numerous accolades and recognition for quality and service excellence. In 2020, the National Rural Health Association honored the medical center as a top-performing rural hospital in the United States. Under Mr. Delfs’ direction, the organization has experienced considerable expansion through strategic investments in technology infrastructure modernization and the addition of new clinical service lines, such as a Women’s Walk-In Clinic.
During his tenure as President/CEO, Jamestown Regional Medical Center has been designated one of the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals five times by recognized industry publications. Additionally, Modern Healthcare has ranked JRMC amongst the “Best Places to Work” for four consecutive years, which coincides with Mr. Delfs’ presidency. This distinction affirms the medical center’s commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive work culture.
