One of the kindest ways to grieve the loss of a loved one is to ensure their memory lives on. The University of Jamestown is doing that through an Orange Out this weekend, to celebrate the life of Jimmie supporter Tammara Braunberger.
UJ is encouraging fans to wear orange at the following games:
- football at 1 p.m. v. Dorst at Taylor Stadium
- volleyball at 5 p.m. v. Briar Cliff at Harold Newman Arena
Both matches are set for Saturday, Sept. 21.
The Orange Out is in support of JRMC Hospice.
JRMC will have a booth set up at both events to accept donations in Braunberger’s name.
UJ is also allowing fans that purchase a ticket to the football game to attend the volleyball match for free.
