Modern Healthcare named Jamestown Regional Medical Center one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare in 2017.
And, in the 10-year history of the award, this is the first time JRMC has received it. JRMC was also the only organization in North Dakota and South Dakota to receive the award for 2017.
Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare program recognizes the top workplaces in healthcare. Those that certainly go above and beyond to support their staff are eligible. And, those that empower their employees to provide patients and guests with the best care, products and services are eligible.

BEST PLACES TO WORK
To clarify, Modern Healthcare selects 150 recipients from healthcare organizations around the country. Modern Healthcare also partners with the Best Companies Group on the assessment process. The process includes a questionnaire from the participating employer. It also includes a satisfaction survey of a company’s employees.

And, it’s open to companies in all sectors of the industry with a minimum of 25 full-time employees.
