JRMC U: Love Your Ticker – Cracking the Code to a Healthy Heart is set for 11 a.m., Thursday, February 22nd at Two Rivers Activity Center.
Cardiac Rehab is designed for individuals with known heart disease. Clinical Exercise Physiologists, Madeline Ranum and Sydney Ellingson will discuss the program that helps individuals make positive lifestyle changes in diet, exercise and tobacco use to achieve the goal of returning back to your normal life.
