Jamestown Regional Medical Center is grateful to welcome a new physician to its team. Dr. Emily Stromquist joined JRMC this year as a gynecologist/obstetrician. In her role, she offers appointments and surgeries for women of all ages.
“JRMC is proud to care on for this region. Women of this community deserve the best,” said Trisha Jungels, JRMC Chief Nursing Officer. “That includes advanced care for women.”
Dr. Stromquist joins JRMC from Duluth, Minn. The University of Minnesota, Duluth graduate studied medicine at the University of North Dakota. She completed her residency at the University of South Alabama.
She, Dr. Gregg McAdoo and Nurse Practitioner Makenzie Breitbach offer gynecological care including services for the female reproductive system including:
- hot flashes
- vaginal prolapse
- painful sex
- post-menopausal bleeding
- endometriosis
- incontinence
When she’s not working, Dr. Stromquist enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children and their spunky golden doodle. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, rollerblading, biking and baking.
