MEET RANDY PERKINS, WOUND CARE SPECIALIST
Randy grew up in Sioux Falls, S.D. and attended Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Colo. He then moved to Jamestown, N.D., and attended Jamestown College to obtain his Registered Nurse degree. In 1980, he graduated from University of North Dakota with a physician’s assistant and family nurse practitioner degree – later going back to UND in 2005 to update academic credentials to a master’s in physician assistant studies.
Randy met his wife, Sandy, at the old Jamestown Hospital. She is a registered nurse at Anne Carlsen, and they have four sons: Matt, Jon, Dave and Tim and eight grandchildren.
Some of Randy’s hobbies include: deer hunting, sausage making, foreign languages, military history, winter sports and knife making.
