An outdoor music event promises to hit the high note for healthcare in the community.
Concert for Care is set for Thursday, July 27. The evening features entertainers Matt Aakre and Jeb Reinhiller and includes an all-ages rib-fest style barbecue and street dance.
Jamestown Elks sponsors Concert for Care, which raises funds for both the Anne Carlsen Center and Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
“Miles matter when it comes to cost-efficient, very good care,” said JRMC Foundation Director Lisa Jackson. “Concert for Care is a great way to support our services for you and your family’s needs.”
Jamestown Elks sponsor the rib-fest style barbecue, which begins at 5 p.m. Meals are $10.
Concert for Care is located at Second Avenue Southwest, in front of the Elks and Bank Forward, and begins at 8 p.m. Concert admission is $10. Ages 5 and under are free.
Event sponsors include Cork & Barrel Liquors, Bank Forward, Hugo’s and Stutsman Harley-Davidson.
